FIRE JOE MORGAN

Where Bad Sports Journalism Came To Die

FJM has gone dark for the foreseeable future. Sorry folks. We may post once in a while, but it's pretty much over. You can still e-mail dak, Ken Tremendous, Junior, Matthew Murbles, or Coach.

Pride of the Yankees: Jim Kaat

In the second inning of tonight's Yankees-Tigers game, Ken Singleton pointed out that ARod is on a pace for about 60 HR and between 175-200 RBI. Then Jim Kaat wisely, insightfully, and impressively noted that were ARod to achieve those numbers, "he would have to be considered to be an MVP candidate."

Also, Ken Singleton's math is wrong. A-Rod is on pace for 166 RsBI. Outstanding, yes. But not 200.

Also, why the F is A-Rod batting fifth?

A-men, dak. The fact that ARod doesn't hit third every day is a testament to how backwards that line-up is, with Womack hitting 2nd and Matsui cleaning up. Insane.

Hey "baseball" fans--
Did you not read my May archive???
You need to study your Olneythology.
