Might as well include this one, submitted by Brian, from Chris Carpenter, in re: the timing of his return from surgery:

"The question is whether it's going to be before the All-Star break, after the All-Star break or somewhere in between," Carpenter said..."

Or, a rarely-considered fourth option: behind the All-Star Break.
